To drive traffic and conversions, we implemented a multi-faceted digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, PPC, and display advertising. Simultaneously, a social media campaign was launched to foster engagement, expand reach, and build a strong community of Snoozer enthusiasts.

Challenge
Our client sought to optimize its Amazon sales strategy by transitioning from a first-party (1P) to a third-party (3P) fulfillment model. The company faced operational challenges and profit margin erosion under the 1P model.
